Ordering Instructions
I prefer email for correspondence
if possible. I try to respond 7 days a week. You are welcome to call me however, if email is
inconvenient or if you just like to talk on the phone. Sometimes
a phone call becomes necessary so don't hesitate.
If you have emailed me and I
have not replied in a day or so, there is a possibility that I
never received the message. (see below)

Since each neck or guitar is
custom made. please contact me for all details prior to actually
making payment. Guitar necks are pre-paid. Your "order" is
official once we receive payment.

Ordering a custom guitar is a
bit more complicated because of all the tiny details. Payment
for guitars can be segmented, but a deposit is required to
actually make the order official.

This is my cell phone and I answer it wherever I am.
Land lines are a thing of the past... If I don't answer it's
because I couldn't hear it. I use the caller ID to return missed
calls.
