POLICIES
All guitar necks are
guaranteed to be free of defects. If there is something wrong
with yours, then contact me and I will be happy to correct it.
Each neck is hand
crafted to exacting standards. Nothing leaves this shop unless I
feel it is worthy of being used in a guitar. I take no chances.
These necks are
made in their UNFINISHED form. It is EXPECTED that some
modifications may be necessary before being able to use your new
neck. This includes reshaping of the back profile, headstock,
heel shape, and finish sanding, Necks are supplied in the
UNFINISHED form and I make no guarantee that any of my products
will fit a body I did not supply.
THERE IS NO
WARRANTEE AFTER MODIFICATIONS OF ANY KIND HAVE BEEN DONE TO A
GUITAR NECK.
NO REFUNDS ON ANY
NON-STANDARD GUITAR NECK
If you feel there is
a problem with your guitar neck I will provide an exact
replacement or give you a refund at my discretion.
Refunds will only
be given if the neck is returned within 48 hours after receipt,
and I have determined that no other resolution is possible. For
a refund to be provided there must be a valid reason due to
workmanship. |
